Seeli Toivio is a Finnish classical virtuoso cellist and Doctor of Music. She is known for her exceptionally perfect technique and warm sound. She regularly records CDs, and performs as a recitalist, soloist and versatile chamber musician in her home country Finland and abroad.

Seeli Toivio especially enjoys performing virtuoso music from 19th century and playing all kinds of chamber music in various groups. She arranges virtuoso violin works for cello, which she often performs in her concerts.
