Christmas Concerts 2013
Seeli’s Busy Year 2013 is closing with Christmas Concerts with the famous Finnish tenor Mika Pohjonen and the Finnish Tango Queen Ms. Heidi Pakarinen. They will appear in lovely christmas concerts in Paimio, Siilinjärvi, Hollola, and Lahti.
Concert Touring in Lapland
In September, Seeli was touring with Trio Ideale in Lapland. Baritone Patteri Lehikoinen, Seeli Toivio and harpist Lily-Marlene Puusepp visited many exquisite places in Northern Finland: Kilpisjärvi, Utsjoki, Pallastunturi, Hetta, and many more.
New Album: FLOW
Seeli’s newest album, FLOW, was published in the beginning of September. It contains her composition FLOW for cello and harp. Seeli is currently working on her next albums, which will, hopefully, be published during 2014.
Seeli & Cello – Electric Fantasy
Seeli got her first electric cello and is starting her pop music career! She has been composing pop music since her childhood and the audiences shall hear Seeli & Cello – Electric Fantasy concerts in the future!
Standing Ovation at the Carnegie Hall, New York
Duo Toivio performed at the Carnegie Hall on October 8th. The hall was packed and the duo got a standing ovation after their final work, Chopin Sonata for Piano and Cello. Duo Toivio performed Liszt Liebestraum as an encore. This was allready the 2nd time for the duo at Carnegie Hall. More to come!
